Scottish Day in Year 2!

On Friday 10th February, Year 2 enjoyed a fun filled ‘Scottish Day!’ We started the day off on the snowy field playing some highland games – Toss the Caber, Throw the Wellies, Wellie hurdles, Tug-of-War, Throw the haggis and Wellie goal scoring! After play we designed our own tartans and sporrans and finished the day off eating Scottish shortbread and listening to Mrs Hall’s dad playing the wonderful bagpipes! We have had a ‘bonnie wee day’ full of fun!!
