The Big Assembly

Last Friday Becky, Sam, Phoebe, Jospeh and I made our way to St Mary’s College, Twickenham, to see Pope Benedict XVI and take part in ‘The Big Assembly’.  We all felt very lucky to be part of this special occasion! We joined the Richmond schools at the beginning of the day to see Him going in and out of the chapel and then joined the other 4,000 children on the sports field to join in with the assembly.  It was a very memorable and special experience which we all feel very fortunate to have taken part in!
