Year 5 visit Royal Albert Hall for Primary Proms
The whole of year 5 went to the Royal Albert Hall where we saw lots of young musicians and choirs perform their Primary Proms to a huge audience of school children. Music included percussion, African songs and beats, classical, jazz and soulful choirs. Fabulous lighting also brought the whole experience together. With the help of the presenter on stage, the whole audience composed a song and performed it. The Albert Hall is a beautiful building both on the outside and inside and many of us had never been before. The whole of year group even got to watch the performance in private boxes of eight. A super experience for all of us and one we will never forget. Year 5
